Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged
sales tax. Orders shipped within California will be charged
8.5% sales tax.
Returns and exchanges cheerfully
accepted within 15 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
ALL tags must be attached.
Elite Sport Soccer will refund cost of item (s) to the
same credit card used for original purchase. If you are not satisfied, or the size is to small or to big, there will be a 20% deduction of the cost not including tax to your refund.
Elite Sport
Soccer does not refund shipping charges.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. You will
be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place.
Any returns that fail to meet the above return policy
requirements will not be credited.
STEP 1- Pack the merchandise
to be returned.
STEP 2- Write reason for return next to the item on your
invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the
box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number
and e-mail address are included.
STEP 3- Attach the return label provided with your package
to the outside of the box and call 1-800-pick-UPS (800-742-5877)
to schedule a pick up for your package.
STEP 4- When we receive your return package from UPS we
will e-mail you a reply with the status of your return.
Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days
of receiving your return, provided it meets all of the
above requirements.
At this
time our system is unable to process exchanges. If you
need a style in a different size or color, you will need
to re-purchase the correct item. Then, simply follow the
return procedure described above for the item you are
returning.
Orders
placed Monday-Friday before 1pm PST will ship within 2-3
business days pending availability of product and credit
verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing
on the next business day.
Business days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
Please allow 3-7 business days shipping UPS west coast
ground, and 7-9 business days shipping east coast ground.
Elite Sport Soccer will not
sell or share your information with any other entity.
Elite Sport Soccer uses Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security
of your credit card information as it is transmitted to
us. SSL uses an encryption program to scramble the information
you provide, as it travels from your computer to our website's
servers. For your safety and security, Elite Sport Soccer
does not save or store your credit card information once
your order has been processed. You will need to reenter
your billing information each time you make a purchase
with us.
